Kind words
KIND WORDS TO MY MENTORS
I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to Rosy Daniel (MD, Integrative Medicine, UK), whose guidance and inspiration introduced me to the integrative medicine approach for enhancing health and wellbeing. Two phrases she often repeated during my training has stayed with me:
“What the mind represses, the body expresses!”. It means repressed emotions like anger, grief, or anxiety can show up as chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, or tension (e.g., tight shoulders, headaches).
“What would love say?”. It means that in a challenging situation, this could help us reconnect with our inner self and feel compassion—for both ourselves and others.
I’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Rowena Beaumont (EFT International Master Trainer and Practitioner, UK), whose deep experience in supporting clients with cancer, chronic illness, anxiety, and stress has greatly influenced me. Her kind way of teaching made me realize that EFT is very powerful healing technique and it remains my passion.
