Your questions

Yes. The Health Coach will support clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes that align with the specific goals they’ve set. This process involves identifying the barriers that may prevent them from implementing these changes, as well finding ways to overcome them.

The medical doctor is licensed to diagnose and treat medical or psychological conditions, and to prescribe medication if needed. The Health Coach is certified to guide effective communication and behaviour change strategies using READS model and motivational interviewing techniques. The work of both medical doctors and Health Coaches is complementary, and together they can empower clients to achieve a healthier, more balanced life.

I usually recommend a 6-month working cycle, with one session per month. Each individual’s progress is unique and depends on their commitment to the process. Changes are often observed as early as the second month, even if they are small. Above all, honour yourself in this journey of transformation. I’ll be right by your side, guiding and supporting you gently and respectfully as your Health Coach.

Yes. Health coaching can help prevent and even reversing chronic diseases using a collaborative and personalised approach for lifestyle change, especially when combined with medical care.

Progress is measured using the ‘Picture of Health’ score, which reflects the Life Energy Factor—rated on a scale from 0 to 100%. As you move successfully through the process, this energy factor increases, offering a tangible indicator of your vitality and well-being. The Picture of Health model was developed by Dr. Rosy Daniel, MD (UK), a pioneer in integrative medicine and my mentor during the Health Coaching certification programme.

Yes, both Health Coaching and EFT using mind-body approaches are evidence-based practices. Numerous publications support their effectiveness. Feel free to explore the section titled ‘Mind body library’ for more information.

Setbacks and plateaus are a natural part of any health journey, as progress is not always linear. Sometimes, we need time to pause, regroup, and recalibrate — and I can personally relate to that, because I had the same experience. Fortunately, a Health Coach is highly experienced in guiding clients through these moments and can help you move forward in a gentle, supportive way. In moments like these, I’d love to offer a gentle piece of advice: trust yourself, and be kind to yourself. You’re doing your best — and that’s more than enough.

Yes. Actually, we can use EFT to prevent or reverse any issue. Over 70 randomized controlled trials have been conducted on EFT, demonstrating its efficacy in addressing different kind of issues, including Anxiety, PTSD, Depression and Phobias. These studies show measurable changes in gene expression, heart rate variability, and brain activity (fMRI). If you want to understand yourself more deeply—across your environment, body, mind, and spirit— in order to make important lifestyle changes, a Health Coaching session is the ideal starting point.

On the other hand, if you’re already aware of a specific issue (for example, difficulties sleeping, chronic pain, frequent anxiety or overthinking) that’s been bothering you for some time and hasn’t improved, I recommend beginning with an EFT session.

That said, EFT techniques can also be integrated into a Health Coaching session when appropriate. This practical, hands-on approach can effectively support your personal journey toward better health.
